$500 in-kind donation to all registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations

  • Event concept, strategy, and creative branding 

  • Vendor recommendations, contract review, management, and point-of-contact

  • Design recommendations, creative coordination, layout, and vision execution

  • Logistics management, checklist, timeline, and event order

  • Innovative fundraising ideas

  • Assistance with sponsor packages and recognition 

  • Entertainment and speaker procurement and management

  • Hospitality management (guest and VIP experience, gift experience, accessibility planning)

  • Program and scriptwriting assistance and comprehensive run of show creation 

  • Marketing and email verbiage and proofing of printed materials 

  • Budget creation, management, and payment schedule

  • Coordination of speaker or guest hotel room, transportation, and additional accommodations

  • Bi-weekly check-ins plus unlimited accessibility via in-person meetings, email, and phone

  • Attendance at vendor meetings and confirming all final details with the appropriate vendors prior to event day

  • Set up and tear down day-of (decor provided by Client and/or vendor and tables/chairs provided by and set up/torn down by the venue)

  • Day-of production, execution of event timeline, and point-of-contact

  • Post-event evaluation 

Additional Travel Fees (if 30 miles outside of Fargo/Moorhead)

  • Round trip mileage at the current IRS mileage rate 

  • Current IRS meal + incidental expenses rate

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Airplane tickets and rental car
