$150 per hour
Designed to allow the client a hands-on role in their planning but unlimited accessibility to a professional for questions, advice, guidance, and ability to take tasks off the clients to do list.
hours can be used towards:
Vendor recommendations and contract reviewal
Design recommendations, creative assistance, and layout
Logistics management, checklist, and timeline
Verbiage and proofing for printed materials
Coordination of hotel room blocks, additional accommodations, and transportation
Budget creation (management if desired)
General planning meetings
Attendance at vendor meetings and confirming all final details with the appropriate vendors prior to wedding day
Creation of event order for a family/friend to execute day-of
This is not a day-of coordinator service:
Day-of production, execution of event timeline, and vendor point-of-contact may be added at the hourly rate if date and planner is available 2 months prior to event date.
